I looked at a lot of storage unit for best price and cleanliness. By far this one stood out to me. Once I got there I was very happy. I wish I could remember the gentleman’s name that helped me, he was friendly and helpful.

I had an insurance certificate from my carrier, they would not accept it and I had to pay for there insurance. I proved my insurance was enforced and they will only credit your account. No refund. Also they charge extra for longer hours of use. Just not a good way to start a relationship.

I realize it's a new facility for you organization, but the place needs a lot of work . The garage door is broken and very hard to maneuver (CLOSE & OPEN) I hope that you follow through on repairs.
