customer service was wonderful, even though there was a trouble with the pricing Jose at the Bohemia office was very pleasant however does not work. It took me a half hour to unjammed. Please tell me when you’ll be able to replace this and I will meet you there take my lock off.

We were able to enter a pre-opened gate on the opposite side of the premises after a code given to us by a customer service repテ「竄ャ邃「 failed several times. We couldnテ「竄ャ邃「t get into our assigned unit because of that same reason, so an emergency code was given, which worked. We were on the phone off and on a few times altogether for about 20-30 minutes.

I was very new to this and both employees were extremely helpful, polite and made me feel comfortable. Explained everything to me in simple terms. They made my transaction easy and brought me to my space cleaned it more and shook my hand pleasure meeting you! Now how can you beat that!!!

I was never told there was a different address and that I needed a lock. We went to the location on my invoice could not find my unit. Had to call a couple of times to actually get into the unit.

The electricity didn’t work in my unit and they refused to repair it, stating electricity is free but it guaranteed. The rates had a dramatic increase. When I inquired as to why they said simply “supply and demand”. Total Nonsense . The rate increase led me to move out of one of the two units I had. After moving out of the one unit I was still charged a monthly charge. The clerk Emrik tried to say it’s because the unit was not empty or not swept clean. I had to show him a video I took of it swept clean before he would even attempt to reimburse me. He refused to give me a phone number to speak to a supervisor.

Stopped into Self Storage inquired about a unit, was asked it I wanted to view one, was shown a model unit and advised on pricing structure and how they could easily set me up on auto pay - paperwork was computerized and efficient - was in and out w/a unit in less than 1/2 and hour at a great price w/auto draft where I donテ「竄ャ邃「t have to remember to log on each month and pay and they auto email me a monthly invoice/receipt. Couldnテ「竄ャ邃「t be easier - thank you Self Storage Management Team - your A+.

I'm happy with the Prime units. They are a good size to hold my belongings. I feel that in Unit #11 there is alot of dust and dirt that seems to blow under the door. It's not as bad in unit #545. I really like the front and back doors in my unit #11. I wish for the same price unit 545 had a back door and a light like Unit 11. But otherwise we are happy with our units. I hope the prices don't keep going up. If so, I will be forced to move and find something more affordable or get rid of it all. Thank you.

It's a nice size storage unit. Wish the dirt and sand and dust didn't blow in as much as it does. My stuff is filthy. I've been there for a few years now and need the space you offer. So I can't complain. Since Prime has taken it over the grounds are much cleaner and nicer. No more three foot weeds in front of my door. I hope the prices don't keep going up and up because it will price me out of there and I'll have to find another less expensive solution. So far, it has been doable. Thank you.

The only problem is that I have only been at Prime for a few monthis. I came here because of the better price. Before I could finish moving from the higher priced unit, (less than 6 months) the price jumped $53 in one shot ! Again, in less than 6 months. Now I'm stuck paying 2 units at basically the same price! I might as well have stayed where I was. It actually has more room because the height in the other unit was at least 2 ft higher.

Very expensive. Rates were increased and insurance became mandatory. The front desk is rude, they. Will not provide anyone with their corporate phone number. A week After moving out of one of the two units I rented they still billed my card for another month. The clerk refused to assist me, telling me the facility charges if the unit wasnテ「竄ャ邃「t swept clean. I had to show him a video I took of the unit empty and swept clean before he decided to go check for himself before making a note in the computer the unit was clean. He refused to give me the corporate phone number. I am still in the second unit, When my card expired I was charged $64 late fee. Once again I went in to the office and the same clerk Emrik once again refused to assist me. He insisted I pay the late fee. He still refuses to give corporate info or manager info. When I stated Iテ「竄ャ邃「d leave a negative review he told me to go right ahead. I pay for a 24 hour secure unit, the am gate was stuck open for over a month, and the electricity doesnテ「竄ャ邃「t always work. When I asked if they would look into it they told me that they donテ「竄ャ邃「t charge for electricity so they will not be fixing it. The unit is pitch black at night therefore not accessible once dark. Once Iテ「竄ャ邃「m able to find another facility and get a moving van Iテ「竄ャ邃「ll be leaving.

Facility maintenance upgrade was awesome! Choice of operations performed indicates that mgmt (or MRO !) is knowledgeable of subject. Counter people are informed, courteous, and helpful.

I have not been satisfied since Prime Storage took over ownership of Mr. D's Self Storage. My storage unit fee increased and I now have to pay an insurance fee. I do not have very valuable items in my storage unit. A nasty manager (do not know her name) called me last summer and told me that my payment was late. She said I would be charged a late fee and also a lock would be put over my lock to prevent me from entering the unit. She was very rude and unprofessional . I called the main office and had a general manager waive the late fee and have the lock removed from my unit. I never had a storage fee increase or a problem with Mr. D's for all the years that I leased my storage unit. I would have my items removed, but unfortunately I am having personal issues that take priority over this matter.

Been a tenant for over 2 years and have paid consistently on time. Rate was raised without notice, ( rep at the office said email was sent but I never received it) Representative is lot left to be desired. Informed him about a broken keypad at 911 Lincoln Ave and still has not been fixed. Have more nails embedded in my tires than I can count. Homeless situation has improved somewhat but still exists. Place was taken over from a private owner so are the problems.

The young man (with the pleasant accent) who works at the front desk is awesome. He is so friendly and professional every time I'm there. The last time I was having trouble with my lock and he came right over to help me. He's the kind of employee I enjoy dealing with.

When I secured my unit I was told I would have electricity in the unit and it would be cleaned before move in. It was filthy, and still no electricity in the unit (a year and a half that I've used it). Rates have been raised twice, the entry gate is always left open because it's not working (even after a brand new one has been installed), and you can type any 4 digits and gain access to the facility. I would definitely not recommend this facility to anyone.

The place is always a mess. Security gates usually do not work. Section of the fencing is miss so anyone can get in. Landscapers blow the driveways into the units causing leaves and dirt inside the units

After it snows it often takes days till I can get to my unit. Additionally since it snowed weeks ago there has been a gate wide open. How come my rates went up by over $100 per month and the security got worse?

I do not want to pay extra for insurance ! We only keep sheet metal and some flex in there and I don't need to insure it.

I wouldnテ「竄ャ邃「t recommend! Based on customer service onsite. I called with an inquiry and the male I spoke with (I believe his name started with an E, he wouldnテ「竄ャ邃「t give his full name or employer Iテ「竄ャ邃「d info to call the district manager) he was very nasty refused to give an email or another way to contact anyone but him. I was supposed to get a return call within 48hours. That never happened, that was over 2 weeks ago.
